For the first show we have THREE fantastic and fun local improv troupes — Whatever Dad, Mighty Hoax, and The Flip Side.

Mission Control consists of a mix of some of New Jersey’s hottest improvisers from improv institutions such as IO Chicago, The Peoples Improv Theater, Second City, and Gotham City Improv. This is a rare opportunity to see veteran improvisers create on-the-spot theater in your own backyard! Cast consists of Rocket Improv instructors Lulu French (Gotham City Improv), Abby Sher (Second City), Dave Maulbeck (the Magnet), and special guests Angela Dohrmann (ComedySportz), Brad Barton (Gotham City Improv), Luke Ward (the People’s Improv Theater), Shereen Hickman (Cirque du Soleil), and Bethany Hall (Upright Citizens Brigade). 

Opening for Mission Control is Cat and Vegas and the Temple of Boom, a snazzy improvisational songwriting duo, performing on-the-spot piano and guitar-driven songs inspired by live-audience prompts. Are you ready to soft rock?
