    Investing in an improv workshop for your team or organization is a great way to help everyone connect through play!

    Our workshops are designed to feel fun and achievable for everyone. We put our participants at ease and create a safe space in which one feels free to let loose and have a blast! Basic foundational improv techniques are introduced through simple exercises and games that focus on skills such as active listening, learning to trust in one’s own spontaneity, and how to work with others to build and develop ideas.

    Participants are encouraged to embrace “yes, and!” and in doing so create an environment where everyone feels free to express their ideas and take risks.

  • Improv Show

    There's nothing quite like the thrill of watching improv—it's unpredictable, hilarious, and utterly captivating to see performers create characters and scenes out of thin air. Improv shows create a shared experience of laughter and spontaneous creation that's truly magical.

    Our improv show is very similar in style to the TV show Whose Line is it Anyway. We play improv games based on audience suggestions and will use audience volunteers on occasion for further inspiration.

    We offer a vast selection of improv games, allowing us to create a completely customized show tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

    Our goal is that everyone attending the show walks away having had a great time with something to talk about for a long time to come!

  • From Impulse to Movement: Improv for Dancers

    Improv for Dancers is a freeing and liberating workshop designed to ignite spontaneous movement and deepen dancers’ connection to the present moment. Using core improv principles—present moment awareness, spontaneity, and the vital “yes, and”—this workshop encourages dancers to get out of their heads and get into their bodies by creating movement that is not only inspired by the immediate moment but also imbued with greater feeling and expression. 

    By lessening the fear of spontaneity and fostering an environment of collaborative inspiration, participants will learn to free themselves from preconceived notions of “right” and “wrong” movement, instead choosing to respond authentically to what the moment needs. By engaging in this process, dancers will heighten their awareness of the surrounding environment, deepen their connection with fellow dancers, and generate more dynamic and emotionally resonant movement.
